They say the only way to cancel is through email, but then they said they never got my email. So i got charged $99 for their shit. But my bank did a charge-back for it eventually.

i'm in hte same boat... did a chargeback a few days ago... how does that process work anyway? as i understand the bank sends you some papers to fill out and send back... then they wait for the company's response and then what? they look at both cases and see who's looks better?!? do i need to send back the pills they sent me? if so, where?

They said they will start a file for the Debit Card Fraud division. Then after about a week, they issued a provisional charge back. They called me and said they would need copies of the emails i sent them, and they said they would represent me. So i forwarded those, and that is where i currently stand. My guess is that Lean Life doesn't even respond to them, so i win by default.
