Ive been using them for a year or two now, and they are pretty good with delivery times and rates.
However, they recently lost a 30 gb ipod photo I shipped out.

I declared the value as $400 on the form (which I thankfully saved).

Anyway, I called them to let them know, and they said to get fully reimbursed, I'd have to prove that the item inside cost me $400.

Me "What if I got it as a gift, and dont have a receipt?"

...

Operator "Oh well..."

Me "Are you serious?"

Operator "Yes Mr. Wood."

Me "shock"

FedEx is shit.. I recently ordered some foreign currency and when the envelope arrived, it was torn open, taped back together with a $20 check from FedEx in it.. Keep in mind I ordered like $500 worth of currency. Luckily the currency company sent me more..thank god.

Just go out and buy another one at bestbuy and tell them you will give them a copy of the reciept. They may take they may not but its worth a try. Then return the one you got at bestbuy. Thats what I would do. Just a recommendation

Well I'm not exactly a die hard fan of it I just downloaded a torrent of all of the seasons and watched every one and I saw that avy so I used it. But family guy is a great show. You should watch it. D
