is this possible? i wanna extract the audio from a dvd, and then just burn it onto a cd or save it to the computer, if thats at all possible.
i have sony sound forge, and vegas but none of those would let me do it.
anyone know of any software that does this?

imToo DVD Audio Ripper. I have it, it works well.
I think there is a newer version, called imToo Video to Audio Extractor, or something like that...but just search torrent for "imToo DVD Audio Ripper".

DVD Audio Ripper takes audio/background sound from DVDs and converts it to MP3 or WMA format.
I've used it a few times...works like a charm for me. cheers!

try headac3he. it is what i used to use when i would rip the audio from a dvd and make it an mp3. you will need to get dvd2avi as well to make a .ac3url==http://=http:///url file then you can convert the ac3 to mp3.
