I'm looking into this offer, but it is 100% [i3ab64229f2]unclear[/i3ab64229f2]. If I order the free trial, must I send it back to them when my trial runs out?
It says on the bottom of each page "[b3ab64229f2]liPay only a small shipping & handling cost. Customer is responsible for shipping on returned merchandise.[/b3ab64229f2]"
What does that mean exactly? Can someone that did that offer, tell me how the whole process went?

arghh, now I'm hearing conflicting reports. I hear that you only have to send back the monthly shipments if you aren't satisfied. Then I hear that the free trial must be sent back.

Well I sent mine back.
No, you have to send back the free trial. They don't let you returnt he monthly shipment, you have to cancel that before they send it out.

I didn't send mine back, and didn't get charged. In one of their emails it told me not to send free trials back, but then in some other places they tell you to, so I dunno what they actually want.

How long ago was that? I got billed like 3 months after...
I'd rather spend the five bucks to ship it back than risk the $30

That's when you use the keywords, RETURN TO SENDER.

You MUST return the unused portion of your trial to avoid being charged for their autoship program. Think of returning the sample as the final step in cancelling the offer.
[quote58951fe40d="bballp6699"]That's when you use the keywords, RETURN TO SENDER.[/quote58951fe40d]Actually, you have to request an RMA to return the product and they say "We will not accept any packages marked return to sender"

i was told that to cancel, i had to call, get an RMA number, send the product backa nd that they would NOT accept any packages that had RETURN TO SENDER written on them.
i havent been charged yet but ill look at my statement in a month or 2 and probably see a charge by the fuckers.

I just sent mine back today. Basically how it works is they charge you $3.95 or something, you get the product, then cancel it within 30 days. You have 30 days after your cancellation date to return the trial product. As has been mentioned, when you return it, it must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number somewhere on the outside of the package. You cannot return it by just saying 'return to sender,' they will not accept it. I seriously doubt you will be charged anything except the shipping costs if you do it this way. Hope that clears things up a bit. wink

I put return to sender on everything. They never bill me. I guess they just say that because they want you to try it...
