A lot of people are disgruntled with buy.com because they don't honor price mistakes (most stores don't). They're not perfect but as good as Amazon in my book.

I have the money to spend at either amazon, or buy.com, which should I do, they are both basically 190, then on buy.com it has a 30 mail in rebate, but im lookign for more customer service here. So, if I am getting the better deal with amazon, im willing to pay that extra 30 dollars.

Edit The buy.com mail in rebat for 30 off ends aug 9th too, so I doubt Ill get it there in time, so im probly better off going with Amazon, right? both free shipping, altho amazon is 5 dollars more expensive.

Yea, I'm gonna use Buy.com's $30 off offer, for a 1GB Duo PRO.

Amazon's customer support is shit also IMO. They both try to take care of things online as much as they can (using a lot of pre-formed responses), they probably both outsource CS to India, they both won't give you a definite ship date (only approximations), etc...

Check the terms of the rebate...August 9th is more than likely just the date that the you must have purchased the item by (as opposed to postmarked the rebate).
