i think the high amount of refs would/will discourage people from doing this site.

i dont think anybody (in my position at least) would be willing to pay 21-46 people to do a brand new site for them.

its just too much of a risk.

the paypal amounts/refs seem to be just about spot on though.

i think the only way id do this site was if i knew enough people to do it for me (which i dont) or if enough people said they would help to prove it was legit.
