this is to bypass the windows verification tool that microsoft have just implemented. to get any updates from now on you will have to verify your copy is legit, with their new Windows Genuine Advantage tool.
IE and FireFox Browers Bypass - Windows Genuine Advantage!!!
Here is the bypass for Windows Genuine Advantage for Firefox Browser!!!
You need to first install the Firefox Extension called Greasemonkey. To do so in Firefox, go to Tools Menu and click Extension. Or here is the Link
https//addons.mozilla.org/extensions/showlist.php?application=firefox&numpg=10&pageid=22
Then download the following script from Rapidshare
Link http//rapidshare.de/files/3431620/wgaworkaround.user.js.html
Drop the script in the Firefox browser, while it is opened. Check in Tools and click to Instal User's Script. Then check in Tools, under Managed User's Scripts that it is properly installed.
Go to Microsoft site and try to download. It will bypass the famous Windows Genuine Advantage. And take you directly to the download page.

Here is the bypass for Windows Genuine Advantage for IE Browser!!!
Here is the script for IE

You need to download Trixie. Trixie is to IE as Gressmonkey is for FireFox

Copy the script it into trixie's scripts\ folder.
With Firefox had no complaints, but IE needs more clarification!!
First flush the IE Cache (delete files, clear cookies and clear history). Then reset all option as defaults under "Security and Advanced Tabs". If you have the Windows Genuine Advantage installed as ActiveX under Programs Tab in Manage Add-ons, then ensure it is enabled. Check to see that Windows Genuine Advantage is enabled under Trixie and disable everything else under Trixie. Go to Windows Update and/or Microsoft downloads and to check that it works.

The reason is to flush the IE Cache is to ensure that if you failed the Windows Genuine Advantage test in the past then it might be in the Cache. Once you pass this test, then it stays in your Cache and you don't need to clear it.
