Yeah, you can put mp3s on there and listen to them. I think the new firmware supports different music formats too.

meh, i refuse to update from my 1.50 firmware. i still have my 1337 security h4x. but the memory card i got was bad so i sent it back and said fuck this psp shit. selling it today at around 3 or so.
