I don't upload anything. After my download is finished I just seed for a while and that counts.

A nice thing to do is to go to their forums and either go through their "torrent requests" forums and look for something you can share
or go to the other forum and list EVERYTHING you can share, and people will request it from you
I have 35gb+ of music and 37gb+ of movies on my comp so I am pretty generous
