My account will remain on Hold! What?!

My freeipods account recently was taken off of hold and when I submitted for approval the second time they put me on hold because I had made a myspace account about a person that wasn't me. So they think I am more than one person. What do I do? This is bullshit. When I tried to explain they just said that it would remain on hold. I finally get all my referrals and then this happens.

tell them that you had a friend advertising your thing on their myspace and tell them that you could fax them copys of your id and stuff to prove who you really are.

I'm a little confused... how do they even know about some myspace site? Do they go out looking for info on you?

I'm sure myspace people could've reported them, plus we have Gratis reps visit here some I'm sure they've seen the thread.

It seems like Gratis network is acting very wierd, people are getting their accounts put on hold left and right...

Hmm... okay. I can see why Gratis would come here and see what's doin'; I kinda figured they did that. Do you mean that myspace would report him for excessively spamming a link? Do they have another reason to report him? I'd like to know so I could avoid getting denied a gift for a bogus reason. Everything I do is legit, but if they're looking for excuses to screw me...

Anyway, is there something I'm missing in this story?

Alright, now when I send in another support ticket the only responses I get are that my account will remain on hold. How is this going to solve the problem? I dunno what to do now.

yeah my accounts are on hold. i wrote a CS ticket and it stayed open for about a week and then they closed it.

and Jake wont repsond to any of my PM's, even though he reads them.

i was told the same, that my accounts will remain on hold, but id at least appreciate an answer to the questions ive asked.

I am having this same problem. So far, Jake has read my PM but no response yet but I am giving him time. I really think that its extremely unfair to put accounts on hold without answering any questions there still may be. I have done nothing against their TOS and I still get put on hold. I really hope Jake does the right thing and repsponds, otherwise I dunno what else to do.

yeah i know....ive PM'ed him a few times and still no reply. if he is looking into it then, thats fine, but if my accounts are still going to stay on hold, id at least appreciate an answer as to why, or at least an asnwer to the questions i asked.

this isnt like gratis in my opinion, if ive ever had aproblem with them before, they have answered and its been sorted out.
