[quote7fef8f7837="Josh"]Well, I will release this much about the new owner It is Alan from Trainn.
I am confident that Alan can keep up the reputation of the 4NoCash Network and also extend congratulations to him for his recent upgrade to B status.
Anyways, as some of you may already know, Trainn has been plagued with offer crediting problems. Right now, Trainn is working as hard as it can to fix this situation and are very tied up with this problem right now. As soon as they manage to get this under control, the 4NoCash Network and Trainn will continue working together to ensure the speedy transfer of the 4NoCash Network.
So there it is ladies and gentlemen, the new 4NoCash Network owner is Transcendent Innovations.
More information as it becomes available.[/quote7fef8f7837]
By the way, my check just cleared today for the $300 from MiniCool...

Why, WHY, WHY!!!!!
Why would they take over 4nocash, better to start new sites based on their own reputation.

It's true though, they need to deal with the crediting issues they've been having as of late.

I still haven't gotten credit at dvdrecorders and they don't seem to respond to no credit requests.

It would be great if they opened up these sites to Canadians now as the rest of Trainn's sites are.

Stupid freeloadin Canadians. lol
What a mistake.
I can't believe Alan would agree to that!
I wish him the best of luck. If anyone can pull that site together, it's him and his team!

With the capital they say they have, I am sure they can handle it. I really don't see why they did it when they can just come out with their own sites. I think this was probably done more as a favor to Josh, b/c in the beginning they will not profit from it.
To let everyone know. The transfer is on hold right now because of the "Crediting Problems". The Trainn team is trying to get credit issues under control before they take over 4NoCash. So be assured that crediting issues will be fixed before the site transfers )

I don't understand why this is a mistake. Just because you guys don't like 4NoCash, they are a well liked network on almost every other forum. I think this was an ok move. He's taking two of the best networks and pushing them into one. Maybe profit won't be the best from 4NoCash, but the following will be when he opens another site, which has already been promised...

i'm happy about the merge too, and wood, frankly I think u're just a bit bitter that your "4nocash is doomed and wtf" turned out to be false afterall. i was on Josh's side then, and I think he handled this situation superbly (if this change indeed completes successfully).

Trainn is popular enough as it is. I am not putting 4NoCash down or anything, but taking them over does nothing for trainn. It would be better if they opened 2 more of their own sites. They are getting nothing but a lose of money out of this. Same people that know about 4NoCash, know about trainn, so it is not like they get more traffic. I would have never expected them to make such a decision, which is why I personally didn't think 4NoCash would make it, b/c there is no other network that would take them and keep it legit (except Gratis, but that wouldn't happen). I think they more or less did 4NoCash a favor by taking over the site. Just my 2 cents. I have nothing against Josh or 4NoCash. I will do the sites if Trainn takes them over. Hell, I already got offer credit )

I'm sure they are getting something out of this deal whether it be a pile of email addresses they may not have already have had access to or an in with a different advertiser which would probably result in more offers across both sites. At least I would hope they are getting something like that out of this. I do agree that adding the 4NoCash name under the Trainn umbrella by itself probably isn't doing a whole lot for a company that (currently) has a pretty good rep.

Actually, they are putting their own offers on there, they get nothing in terms of offers. They gain many people that only need 1-2 more refs to finish off the 4NoCash sites = more money out of pocket. Not sure what they would do with the emails, besides send out some spam. Most of the emails they get probably have offers done, since Josh got most of his people through the forums. I really don't think this decision makes much sense. Maybe Alan will explain it some time
