Well, that really depends. You see, I'm in the part of Indiana that doesn't (currently) change time with daylight savings time. So part of the year we're on EST, the other CST.
I think they voted to have the entire state abide by daylight savings time, but I'm not sure on the details.

Really? The North and South west portions of Indiana are on CST. The rest of the state (the vast majority of the state) does not follow DST.

Yes besides Jadem's spot I think there is one more chunk of the US that does not abide by daylight savings. I think it's in the Southwest somewhere.
