Hi, I'm the developer of the application similar to ICFreePod, but that would work with all sites (the ones supported anyway).
I took a different approach from ICFreePod (which relies on Web Service and only supports Gratis).

Supported networks are Gratis (FreePay), OfferCentric, TRAINN, GetFriends, 4NoCash, GetIpod4Free, and Logitech4Free.

It has a GUI and is being programmed in Perl with the GUI part done in Perl/Tk.

To download please register @ http//www.new-ipod.com/forum[=http//www.new-ipod.com/forum]http//www.new-ipod.com/forum to access the beta testing of GreenReporter (to download, go to the Download Beta forum).

Feedback welcome.

P.S. I can guarantee you that the login/pass info is only used to access your statistics, and is not transferred to my site, me, or anywhere else.

read README, it's only a beta, so u have to edit config.ini file manually.

Program works perfectly on my Cyberpower, just the Inspiron that is giving me the error. Both are Win XP SP2.

OK, updated with a couple of fixes, including reds (for disqualified accounts), bad password and account not found errors... redownload (all you have to do is replace the .exeurl==http://=http:///url).

Thank you for the DL!

[b8c7730b4d5]I have a suggestion for future versions

Add a feature that will allow you to minimize the GreenReporter program to your Windows toolbar (like iTunes and WinMX can do).[/b8c7730b4d5]

How about it?

Please post all suggestions in the Suggestions forum.
Btw, the program is not called GreenZap, lol, pay attention! P
I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to make it support the traybar, but so far I'm running into problems due to the fact that it was done in Perl/Tk... we'll see...

lol, GreenReporter....just kinda flowed together with GreenZap.

k, just thought I'd through that idea out there. lol

I have implemented Trade Rating on my forum, feel free to trade there too. Unlike this one, it splits the feeback into positive (in green) and negative (in red).

More GreenReporter updates coming soon...

I have lifted the requirement to register in the Beta Testing group. All you have to do now is to just register on the forum... thus I'm announcing the public beta stage!

bballp6699

07-07-2005 20:08:54

Ok, I just downloaded it. My only suggestion would be that if a site is completed it shows something on the gui part of it. Maybe that whole section is highlighted green or something instead of just saying it's finished at the bottom....

oddjob1266

07-07-2005 20:56:28

GreenReporter doesn't always work....sometimes it will just give me 0's all the way across, then I try it another time or two and then it'll update....I don't know why, but that's b/c you won't let me see your source ;) lol...j/p I don't blame you for that.

Like I said in the other post. A couple suggestions I have...

liMinimizing goes to tool bar
liAuto refresh and popup for status change
liBetter way of showing the referrals under you

Archon810

14-07-2005 02:01:10

the 2nd and 3rd suggestions are possible. the 1st one didn't work out as well as i wanted, but i'll look into it more.

bballp6699

14-07-2005 11:07:02

Looks great though. Just keep adding more sites, then I can also use it as a check list. ;)

Would it be at all possible to have an option to remove completed sites from your list? I like to see them there like a trophy of what I've completed, but some might just want them gone...

03-08-2005 08:11:07

I'm a little confused, is this just a tracking system for the sites (liek or referal status) or is more of a checker to see if our referals are vaild?

Archon810

03-08-2005 10:59:38

the 1st one.
