Do NOT do Ultima Patch!!

I did that damn offer on 6/18 and the package was shipped on 6/20, today I check my bank account and those idiots charged me $130 and my trial wasn't even up!!

Uh... 14 days from the shipment is 7/4 not 7/1. Those idiots charged me and sent there crap 3 days before they were supposed to. I didn't even get the trial package either!
So now I have to wait until the package comes then pay to send it back and put delivery confirmation on it before they refund my money.

I don't see how the fuck they could just decide that they'll start charging you whenever the fuck they want to during the trial. I wouldn't be so mad about the situation if it was somehow my fault. Like I didn't cancel or something. But no, I never got to even try the shit. ?

And the woman on the phone, who claimed she sympathized with me wasn't any help. She was just like "oh well", when I asked how the company could just charge people before there trial was even up. This is why I hate doing offers, b/c you get involved with idiotic companies that don't know how to run a business.

If they get enought complaints, doesn't something happen like they can't take payments or something anymore?

Call your bank and tell them, they should help you. by they way, I did ultima patch a while ago, no problems. I know that means nothing in the offer world.

i do believe I can get my money back, I just have to wait until there stupid product arrives at my house, then have my mother (i'm away from home right now) take it to the post office and mail it off with delivery confirmation (and not let the post office lady convince her that she should just write return to sender on it). Then wait for them to get it. Then most likely call them and tell them to give me my refund, b/c I'm sure when they get it they'll just pretend like they don't know they're supposed to give me a refund. Then wait forever for them to give me a refund ?

well you may have to deal with your bank i was supposed to get my money back for real rhap and they even sent me a email saying i would get it but i never did so just watch out

i talked to a rep on the phone and talked to a supervisor the only reason i never pursued it more was cause its only $15 and i didnt feel like bothering with it anymore.

I suggest getting an MBNA credit card, they have a ShopSafe feature that allows you to make a virtual number on it. Just pick the maximum amount that they can charge (the limit) and set the expiration date. It works great for me.

They hav the ebay mastercard on gratis sites now (last time i checked). Everyone sign up for this offer and get a ebay mastercard!! Use shopsafe, never worry about an offer again!!!

I seem to recall making a post stating that I hadn't had any problems with Ultima (in response to a complaint)...a few days later my credit card showed a charge of $129 something. I called and the CSR didn't want to give in, but I had dates, and a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation. Nonetheless, I do NOT recommened the Ultima patch offer (I have not yet seen the credit to my card, and if it doesn't show up...they'll be getting another not-so-friendly call).


EDIT The credit has been applied to my credit card.

I got charged $50 for a 1 day trial...who does 1 day trials but I called them and said I didn't understand and havn't even had time to try their service and got my $50 back.

If you plan to use this shit for reals? DONT! I tried it it left my skin irratated where I applied the patch. I had a square red patch of skin on my back and it took like a week to go away.
