LOL! I've been waiting on them for a bit, but I've only sent 1 email as I see no point in repeated emails (I requested Return Receipt, so I'll know when they read it).

could that be another hacker like so many sites have had recently, especially with people receiving weird emails.....

I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 months so I sent and email bascially once a day, for the most part. I already completed one site for them and was have some trouble with the autotech site and wanted to ask some questions. No response. So I was processing for 7 weeks only to get that emailed to me. Why report to the BBB? They are not incorportated since that must be fully disclosed on their site. Now where, at least I dont see it so I may be wrong, are the letters LLC posted.

I think the trick is to write them an email that sounds mature, sincere, with a pinch of neediness.

It helps to include every piece of relative info you can cram into the email.
Dates, websites, referal links, offers completed, gift selected, etc

The point is to make it as easy as possible for them to give you manual credit.

I've had limited contact with Tyler through out the months.
Either post a copy of your email here, or PM it to me and I will see what I can do to get the situation resolved.

Just an update, after one email, they've credited 3 of the 4 I needed on PDATech, but (im sure its no coincidence), that leaves me at 4/6 and 5/6.

What did you say in your email? I have been trying so long to get credit for my last referral. At least 3 people signed up under me and haven't got credit.

Well, besides the fact that you spammed our email account with over 1500
emails, this made it very difficult to answer anyone else.

I have been answering emails, but since we get swamped, I am unable to
answer every one that comes through.

Your account may be taken off of hold, but we will definitely be sending
out other gifts to people that do not spam our email account first.

Mind you I only sent 100 emails since I didnt want to cause a problem on the work server. Odd how it took this action to get a response yet the emails I sent before never got a second glance. BTW, when was the last time they were ever on MSN for "live" help. They were once and when I typed a question, they said hang on a sec, signed off, and havent been on since.

Oh yeah...this was the email I sent 100 times to try and get some attention. Seems like a simple question to me

I know, it was a joke. It's still wrong, but hey what can you do, just hope that they take you off hold... Hell, it's their own fault they got so many emails from you. You did your part, so you want them to do theirs. They're are just "whining" and trying to send out the least amount of gifts they can, so they find all kinds of reasons to put people no hold now D. Next its going to be "You got your referrals too fast, you must be scamming HOLD!", "You're address doesn't 'look' right, HOLD!", "You DIDN'T email us, so we figured you didn't need your prize, HOLD!" )
