Should CC40/BuildAPC Get His Greens?

He is currently e-mailng me and asking/begging for me to green on his shamel.

we had a trade where he would green on my logitech and i would green on his shamel. but now that its all gone tits up, should he still get his green?

he said its so that he can get his $250 paypal and pay people back, buthow can he possibly be trusted? i know other people are in the same situation, so maybe whoever else is in a trade could give their view, that might be a help.

i like to think im an honest guy, and would stick to my part of the deal, but not if he is just gonna scam again.

Amen. This piece of shit shouldn't get a green from ANYONE, even if he did green for you, and it somwhow passes approval. If one of the people he scammed needs that site, then give them the green.

If he goes green and stays green, why not do an offer for one of the people he scammed? I think that's a neat idea (although it's popo's, not mine)
