phreeipods question/problem??

i am doing phreeipods.com and want the 20gb ipod, which is 5 referrals.
check out the screenshot below. it says i have 8 referrals and only need 5. according to my scoresheet, i have [u0782960de1][b0782960de1]4 [/b0782960de1][/u0782960de1]greens, not 8 and not 5. ("to get your free 9" means that 9 is the 9th prize on the list, i.e. the 20gb ipod).

then they gave me the button to verify my referrals.....but i'm not sure i want to click it because i have 4 and not 5 referrals......

what do you guys think? does this look weird to you? what should i do?

On my 4freezone account i have only 5 and it says 6 green. It uses the same script so it must be a coding problem. I bet if you submitted now, they would either tell you to get another or put you on hold. I had all 5 real refs when i submitted. I even sent a support ticket telling them about this but they didn't respond.

well support tickets don't work, so I think I'll just get another green. I have one lined up anyways....so it's no big deal.

I'd rather be safe than sorry; I just want the ipod!

cool4free is having all sorts of problems right now, if I were you I would get on a4f and read up on it on the cool4free section as they use that as there forums. I would also just take the paypal and buy the iPod

I don't think anyone has actually gotten a product from cool4free in a long time, but many people have received their paypal. So you'd get your ipod a lot quicker if you go the paypal route. Also, the same thing happened to me on getipod4free (it said I had 3 referrals when I only had 2). I emailed them and they said the problem was that one of my refs got credited twice. Its better to just tell them since they will catch it during verification anyways, and that way they won't think you were trying to cheat.

that sounds like a good idea....but there's no option for cash on the site anymore. just various ipods.

i tried opening up a support ticket to ask why they claimed i had 8 greens when only 4 showed up, but their support tickets weren't working. i guess i can try again tomorrow or find an email address for them??

Hmm, i just checked my phreeipods account and the same thing is happening with my account. I have 5 referrals but it says I have 6. I only want the 20gb ipod though, so I'm not sure if I even need to tell them about it.

yeah you should be ok to have them verify your account.
i'm going to get my 5th green and cross my fingers for the ipod!

It happened to me, its cause one of my refs did 2 offers and got credited twice or something, talk to GC and he'll fix it

submit. if they screw you over then screw them back, lol
