Hello, my name is Jeff.
I am planning on constructing a well establish network with something I have not seen in quite some time.
BuildAPC4Free.Com
(Domain not yet registered)
Here is the basis for the network.
There will be 8, custom coded well developed sites.
VideoCard.BuildAPC4Free.Com
MoboCPU.BuildAPC4Free.Com
RAM.BuildAPC4Free.Com
Case.BuildAPC4Free.Com
HDCDDVD.BuildAPC4Free.Com
Mods.BuildAPC4Free.Com
LCDCRT.BuildAPC4Free.Com
Misc.BuildAPC4Free.Com
Video Cards will be everything from a GeForce3 to a Radeon X850XT
Mobo CPU will be combos of random motherboards and processors.
RAM will be different RAM chips and frequencies.
Case will be everything from generic beige to aluminum chassis
HDCDDVD will be random collections of hard drives, floppies, and CD/DVD ROM/RW
Mods will be lighting and cooling
LCDCRT will be CRTs and LCDs
Misc will be accessories such as thumb screws, IDE cables, and such
I have established well over $20,000 in initial funding and have already established with
Commission Junction
Search Cactus
Metareward
Clickbooth
I also have decided against using FSRS and Epidemik free site scripts and have a hired PHP/MySQL coder and GUI editor working on the job creating the best possible user interface and script we can compile.
I do not believe in shady business practices so I am up front
The only requirement is that conga lines be prohibited. Any user acquiring "greens" by a conga line will be put on hold.
This network has not launched and will not until I get enough resources from all of you guys on the best possible ideas and concerns that you feel are important to the success of the site.
Please reply down below this thread with any comments/suggestions/ideas. I also would love private messages or posts with different items you would like to see posted.
I am A+ and MSDN certified and have some amazing wholesale prices on computer parts. Also, upon completing any TWO sites, you will receive a Microsoft OS of your choice, also we have Longhorn preorders.
Thank You
-Jeff Reinstein

1st of all welcome!
i for one am glad that someone came here and asked us (the people who would be doing the site), what we would like to see in the site, before its even live, instad of assuming what we would like to see. +karma for that 1 D
ok, so where do you stand when it comes to requirements to completing a site? how many referrals for each site is needed? what will the offers be like? expensive casino ones or cheap $1 trials etc?
what about customer service, response time to support tickets, crediting, shipping. who will be shipping your products?
how many accounts per person/household? how many times can you do a site?
these are pretty basic questions, but questions im sure most people would like to know about.

yeah i think most of the people who frequent these forums would want to do those sites. probably 85% of them id say.

I want to see a site that has both kinds of offers, but gives you more credit for a casino. Like, it counts as your offer and a ref.
Another thing is customer service. Keep great communication with the customers and you'll keep them happy. (As long as you follow through)

you thief!
i was gonna say the exact same thing lol.
like if you refer someone and they do a casino offer, it counts as 2 greens as opposed to 1.
or something like that.

It's good to see a site that is going to offer something original. I hope things work out and this isn't just another of the countless scams floating around. We'll see. -D
No conga lines?
thats some bullshit

There will be a slight modification to our TOS that is unlike any other network.
We Must Send Out A Gift After Successfull Completion Of Requirements.
Yes, that is right. We have an on-the-spot fraud prevention system that we want to sell to FSRS and RAFS. Try signing up on our site from a proxy or already used IP it will trigger to immediately place all the accounts associated on hold.
There will be many variations of offers. I will have the basic offers as well as casino offers. Sometimes it is better than ordering some non-FDA approved HydroPower Sock Polish that you will never use, lol.
I am a firm believer in being a person to you guys. I am not going to speak to you like your father, but as your business partner, honestly we are exchanging with each other. You want your gift, I want my checks! Everytime you signup on a site and complete an offer, you have completed a trade! (Imagine if those got credited to your TR!).
I want to secure everything before launching. I have monitored the most recent networks to emerge. 4NoCash to my best knowledge is operated by a single 17 year old kid and they are doing amazing! GustoNetwork is a possible scam and Shamel is unconfirmed. We want to be the reveloutionary network. We want to enstill faith into our users that free sites are not all money craving lunatics with a PHP script. Face it, I can be anybody, I can take all my checks and run into hiding! No use hiding it, we all know it is possible.
I am very very secure with giving greens to ensure that the good guys get their gifts and the scammers get nothing. This does not mean we will be an OfferCentric type of network with disqualifications with no foundation.
We have no way of proving legitimacy in these pre-mature stages, which is why we want to select 3 guinea pigs of your choosing.
We have establish local office space. Consisting of 7 active employees.
Jeff (Myself) - Founder/Representative
Michael - Crediting
Rahul - Support Tickets
Dennis - Vendor communication and shipping organization.
Sean - PHP/MySQL Coder
Johnny - Financial Advisor
Luke - Site Maintence
We feel that having each person dedicated to one task, this will ensure each job can get done on a daily basis with no interuptions. If everyone sticks to their job, we are made!
We just want customer satisfaction. Admin, is it possible to get our own section to provide Q&A, take suggestions, provide information, give updates, and introduce all of ourselves individually and get to know our potential business partners?
Thank you very much for your time and support.
-Jeff Reinstein
PS. All questions will be answered more thoroughly tomorrow. I apologize for the delay on answers. (We are not stalling, no bad thoughts!)

This site sounds amazing! It looks like you guys have some ideas that will make you better than other sites. Hopefully I can get a check from another site so that I can get started on this one when it comes out.

[quote1ac367d8f2="Batman"]One question, will this site be available to Canadians?[/quote1ac367d8f2]
Count to 30, then it will be available to Canadians.
We love our northern friends! We offer shipping to Canada)
We are trying to get to know you all before you place any investments into our sites. We understand that you will not trust us until one of your more reputable forum users has received a gift and made it known. We will not disqualify for any reason we feel is just. We also will write you a personalized email and allow you a one chance rebuttal which will then be voted upon by all 7 of us. Which kind of works out, got to make sure we don't hire another person.
Another fact of comfort, we are all in our late 20s and are not kids, I am sure that is a bit of comfort. I ask that the Admin please deliver me a response on my request in my above post as soon as it is possible, I am eagar to start interacting with you all and getting to know you guys.
I myself take pride in knowing that I completed the following sites and derived my ideas for this network from my personal experience.
notebooks4free.com ($1000)
pvps4free.com ($525)
psps4free.com ($250)
dvrs4free.com ($275)
ds4free.com (Need 1 more?)
freeipods.com (Sold for $274)
freeipodshuffle.com (Sold for $142.05)
freephotoipods.com (Mine!)
free360xbox.com (Received!) ---Just Kidding ;)
tech4free.com ($300)
autotech4free.com ($300)
oddtech4free.com ($300)
pctech4free.com ($300)
psp.gustonetwork.com (useless)
The above sites have ALL been used (except freephotoipods) to support the initial funding of the network. The pot of the network is currently at $20,049.23. We will only use the initial funding to ship items if we HAVE to.
All items will be shipped the 1st of each month.
Thank you

that is very disturbing. it's not a fact that all users will always have the same IP. there are very many people with dynamic IPs and if they ever get someone else's IP, they'll be put on hold. That's not a way to autoban and put all accounts on hold. That is my only concern, everything else sounds amazing.

Which is why we offer a rebuttal. We will thoroughly investigate every account on hold.
Also, we will be offering a scammer reporter form. We ask that a moderator may send us an IP and the name of the offender and we will place a ban on any accounts linked with that IP.
Archon810 I just watched your video. FreeCheck will be advertised and preferred on all of our network's pages. That is a tremendous creation you have there. You have our support!
NEWS UPDATE I spoke with our financial manager. It turns out that the reason these "casino offer" based websites can offer gifts at such a low price is because the amount yielded is much higher than any of the commission advertisers. The answer is Yes, casino offers will count as your offer completion and one free green. Same to others, if one of your referrals does a casino, we will award the person they signed up for two greens. I hope this will leave you all satisfied.
We will be contacting many online casinos on Monday and will arrange for more casino offers!
Question Would it be unprofessional in your opinion for me to participate in trading on here? I would like to establish trust in all of you and I have a site or two I would like to complete. Should I? Will it affect my credibility?
Thank you

BuildAPC I was planning on PMing you about supporting your network in FreeCheck, but you truly outrun us in any concerns before they even arise.
I hope your site is going to be successful, as it seems like you have a great setup for it. Feel free to use me as your guinea pig, as you seem more professional than other new companies.
The key to a successful company is customer service, I hope u'll never forget it, so far you're doing great.
Good luck!
P.S. I think you should separate your trading from this user name, create another one for personal use and use it to trade.

this really sounds abso-fuckin-lutely amazing!
its like everything you could want in a free site.
im especially pleased about the casino offers counting as 2 greens deal.
yeah i agree with archon, make another username (provided the mods and admin will allow it) and use that to trade.
i would be more than willing to be a guinea pig for your site.
the more you are on these forums, responding to peoples questions and getting yourself known, the more people will trust and be involved in your site.

Yeah chill everyone. While this does sound very good and it's great that they're getting our feedback first, keep your head about you. I want these sites to work as much as the rest (perhaps even more so...maybe my husband can build me a new comp now to replace mine he broke).
As far as getting your own subforum you'd need to pm the Admin on that. He's a bit more cautious now I think after giving forums to possible scam networks...

I have not done anything to prove I am for real. I could be another Shawn! Isn't that a dangerous risk? To invest money and trust into a site ran by anybody that can take up and leave?
Of course it is! That is why I give you my guarantee that all legit completions WILL receive an offer.
