hey i've just been curious to what made u guy's deside to make an ipod site,cause its really sky-rocketed and is like the biggest one around. I'm proud to be a member.

Initially it was just a place where I put down information to convince people it wasn't a scam. Pretty much just like every other freestuff website out there.
I think I set mine apart because of personal contact with Gratis which allowed me to provide visitors with information they couldn't get elsewhere.
I never paid for any advertising - I spread solely through word of mouth.

yeah admins site was in the article on wired.com also which helped this site. But we do try to maintain a good site where the info is helpfull and beneficial.
