Ok heres what happened, A long time ago I did Hoodia Miracle Diet for some incentive site. I cancel before the trial ends (yes, on the answering machine crap they have), and I still got charged $89.90. So I call my CC company and they said they will issue a refund, just send the product back when it arrives(the full product, not the trial). So i got the product, and marked "return to sender", just as the guy told me to. I sent this back over 3 weeks ago, I got my refund of the $90. Today, I get the same package back in the mail......wtf? I better not get charged for this again...oh will i be mad.

the same shit happened to me
I got charged for their shit even though I left the cancel message
I sent their shit back with a tracking number and they siad they havent recieved it yet but according to my tracking number it was delivered...
should i contact my CC company and accuse hoodia of fraud?

Thats why I did already. The CC company rep told me to put return to sender on the package, and I would get credited when they receive it. I did get credited back, but they sent the same damn package back to me.
omg they will hear from me if i see another $89.90 on my statement.
hehehhehe

You keep saying "CC company", but do you mean the company that offers the Hoodia crap? I'm confused... Get the company to send you a confirmation email that your account is closed.
JUNIOR, definitely tell your story to your CC company if the company doesn't oblige even after you tell them you have the tracking number (they should refund at this point) and just tell them if they don't refund you you'll just take it to your CC company who'll take care of it anyway. If you got the tracking number, you should be set.

if you are receiving the product back but not being charged for it a 2nd time, then i wouldnt worry about it. stick it on Ebay. obviously, Hoodia has issues.
if you are being charged a 2nd time, i would go straight to your CC cust. service and explain the situation to them. they should be able to help you, if not give you advice on what to do.
