Does anyone happen to have the address that you ship Corticet back to? My mom did that offer and cancelled, but they sent the next shipment anyway. My dad didn't realize what was going on and threw out all of the packing materials and documentation, so I can't help her send it back. The website just lists some Carribbean location, so that's no help.
On the bright side, it did credit with no problems.
