Anyone know if Gratis, or any of the other numerous free sites are using a commercial referral tracking sysem? I'm thinking of starting something that would be similar to the free sites network, only not public. It would be inner-office and a collective and fun way to spread news about events within our 900 offices world wide.
Give out gift certificates etc, anyone know of software that would work for this, it would be web driven as well.

I believe gratis's is homegrown, but check out http//www.mydesktophelp.com/perl.php they have a pretty cheap one. And if you're willing to spend more money go with the one listed above or Project RAFS (don't know the link)
