Paypal has now made it clear they dont allow money exchanges for greens. So if you were to pay someone and they scam you. Would complaining to paypal do any good? And if not does that mean that there is no security whatsoever attached to money for green trades?

Oh dang, in the notes section when I paid, I put like "$15 for green"...Does paypal have access to that?
