I've used them for pacific poker and casino on net and have had no problems. the interface isn't as smooth as paypal and it won't take my credit cards for some reason, but it seems legit.

NETeller seems to be very picky about credit cards...I believe they are just very selective about credit cards' issuing banks.

I think its actually the banks that have blacklisted neteller. most likely because all of the casinos accept them.
I get this email when attempting to use any of my cards. " Your attempt to deposit by credit card has been declined due to restrictions set by your banking institution."

you dont need netteller to do casino offers. You can have your
winnings transfered to you with a Bank Draft

it would be faster if you already had a netteller account
its not like you can setup a netteller account and start using it over night
its gonna take a couple days to setup a netteller account
or its gonna take a couple days for the casino to transfer your money to
your credit card. I doubt there would be a significant speed difference...

once you voice verify your acct, you can make deposits into a casino.

I signed up for Neteller and it doesn't seem to have an account status page or balance page. It just goes to make a deposit page. Is this right?
