Does that work if you have already been a blockbuster customer? I keep switching between the services, of course Netflix is the better service even though blockbuster gives you the 2 rentals... but i'd switch for a free dvd.

Im not surprised Blockbuster has resorted to this... Netflix has had a great couple months.. their stock has blown BBIs out of the water.

Hey I didn't say I prefer one or the other...just showing you guys the deal opportunity ;) That said, I'm not sure if it's open to ppeople who have already had an account. I'd assume if you had an account at a previous time, but cancelled it, you'd be eligible.

Ive tried netflix and blockbuster, and netflix is about 3x faster, much better service
