Fucking Hoodia scam

Those bastards charged me even after i canceled
their ghey "miracle diet" offer I called the bastards and asked
why the fuck they did this and the stupid slut on the phone is like
"well your account is canceled now just return the package and we'll refund your money" Of course the cost of shipping their trash back wont be refunded so im out even more money. I should have KNOWN something was wrong when I called their customer service number and it
says If you are calling to cancel please leave a message with your info
if you dont wish to cancel call "xxx.xxx.xxxx" number. Ok like a
STUPID DOUCHE I leave a message with all my order and contact info and request to cancel the autoship crap. Today I get a package from them that was much bigger than the trial they sent me and i immediately think "im fucked" so i call the number for non-canceling and ligaspli
I get a live bitch on the phone -_- Im gonna send their shit back via priority mail and have it tracked so I know exactly when to call and get my fucking money back! evil evil evil

Sucks, but even with both shipping costs it's cheaper than paying someone to do a referral. Definately have a tracking # put on it, that way you can prove to them that they received the package back if they still won't give you your money.

well the "bitch" on the phone doesnt sound like much of a bitch....she was just telling you that your account has been cancelled and to return the product....it will cost how much to send the pills back? $5 maybe? not that big of a deal.

i was wrongly charged by DermFX, i called them up, they said the same thing "send it back and we will refund you", so i sent it back (the cost of 4 airmail stamps) and they refunded me.

really not that big of a deal as long as you do what they say.

The lady on the phone everytime I call sounds like if she is mad, like if she is doing us a favor.


Anyways, I sent the Hoodia (both the trial and the other big bottle band new in Box) with tracking number) like 5 weeks ago, still no refund.


The stupid bitch told me that refund thing was placed and to keep checking my account.

Don't worry dude. They do it to everyone but it's no biggie. Just ship it back priority with tracking, wait a day or two after it arrives there, and call them and throw down the tracking number. They'll refund you quickly and I know from experience.

As a last resort you can always print out their return terms of service, copy your tracking info, print out the tracking info from online(showing that it was delivered to them), and then foward it to your bank to dispute the charge. You will win.

I did, they say that refund was posted like 2 weeks ago, BUT still nothing.

damn I sure was angry in my first post.... I just sent the stupid pills back
via priority mail with tracking. Hopefully it gets to them quickly so I can get my damn money back. IVe done over 30 offers without a problem
and I guess this whole hoodia situation freaked me out more than it should have

Some trials like Te-Lite and Arctic White have to be sent back if you cancel the trial. Always good to ask the customer rep. if you have to send the remaining trial back while you're on the phone with them.

I have had the same problem as all of you had. Stupid answering machine, "your cancellation will be effective immediately". Riight. I just got my $89.90 credited back to me today! YAY! I just put return to sender on the package to send it back to them about a week ago. Im talking about the full product they sent me AFTER I cancelled, not the free trial.

LoL... this other company charged me 130 bucks for their sht... i actually sent it back today and will call them up once it's there to see how the process is going... it was one of them patches to lose weight... so by price i got you ALL beat lol oh wait, that's a bad thing so why am i so happy? cry eh i don't care, i'm sure i'll get my money back like some of you guys (sooner or later).
