Everyone who got scammed by him like me for money should file a claim with paypal hopefully if enough people do it they will give it some attention beyond that he has 10 days to respond and if he doesn't they side with you automatically

im on the 9th day on my claim but CC40 claims to have already closed his paypal account. So im wondering if paypal would really pay me out of their own pocket. I guess i'll find out tomorrow

Pretty sure they wouldn't pay you out of their own pocket. I have heard stories of Paypal sucking money out of the peoples closed paypal account via their stored bank information. Not sure if its true or not.

I hope it is true. Filed two complaints today, and I do hope I can get some of that money back.
