I was looking around on AdBrite, and saw you can post your ad on big-boys.com, they have many sites besides this but big-boys is a huge website here are some of their statistics.
Total traffic (pageviews/day) Over 6,800,000
Big Boys.com is a leading video and picture entertainment service, reaching over 600,000 unique users per day...delivering over 80,000,000 streams per month, and an additional 50,000,000 pictures served.
That's a lot people, check how much an ad costs.
One Day - $220 (avg. clicks 1,933)
One Week - $1,500 (avg. clicks 13,528)
30 Days - $6,000 (avg. clicks 57,976)
Well damn thats a lot of $$$ but anyway, I was curious you think if you got like a paypal price from oc, then used it to pay for a 1 day ad for say your notebook site since it takes like 20 refs that it'd be worth it? Do posting ads work well? I was just wondering.

shit yeah it sounds like it would work....but that doesnt mean it would....it would be interesting to hear from someone who put their ad up and how much traffic they got.

A lot of clicks - yeah, many signups - probably, but you won't get your notebooks refs on OC, especially with their recent practices. Who will be able to complete your site, when there are only expensive offers to do? Don't waste your money lol)

Yeah, that would be interesting to see if it works, but with the offers OC would give them, no one would be interested in them.
Too bad their isn't a high ref Gratis site to try it on.

you could try it on minimacs, freedesktoppc or photoipods....those would work....cos if you get all your greens, you're still up about $300 or so.

$220 for 10 refs? If you're willing to pay this amount, it would be a safer bet to just trade for the sites ) You never know how much greens you will get even from 2000 clicks)

oh i know but still........youd think you would get a decent amount.....and $220 for 10 refs isnt too bad.....if you were to pay all 10 refs $20 each thats $200, $15 each and thats $150.....its only a $20-$70 difference for an item roughly priced around $500.
i would do it.

Exactly) Trading is somewhat guaranteed (well if you're careful), for the other one - you take your chances - you might get more, you might get less... you never know )
