I don't mean to jump to conclusions too quickly here, but it looks to me like shawn has bailed on us. We, as a community, need to come to terms with the possibility that GustoNetwork is gone and wont be back.

I am sincerely sorry for providing them with a forum and custom titles and whatnot. I felt, based on my conversations, that shawn and his partner were running a legitimate operation. There is only so much I can do to verify anything anybody says on the internet.

If he did indeed leave, a lot of us are going to be upset, and out a significant amount of time and money. I can't make that up to you; I'm sorry. We need to realize that our only defense against scammers is to be vigilant and extra careful. I can't do that for you. Each of you needs to make up your own minds about how much you're willing to trust, whether its a new site, a new member, or an established trader. There is always a risk involved with money on the internet. Please use your common sense and don't be afraid to say no.

Admin-
I thought from the start Shawn was a scammer (not to say "I told you so)), but it's not your fault. What we should do for a site is designate a "guinea pig" and have that person do the site. Therefore, we can figure which sites are legit and which aren't. And I also think you're jumping to conclusions with providing "not proven legit" people with forums. Not to pick on them, but Shamel Networks hasn't shipped anything and they have their own forum. Let's not make the same mistake twice. Things can always appear to be run smoothly but get messed up. Shawn's shipping dates could have been so spread out because he wanted to scam us. Or maybe he was for real and just went away. Either way, good luck....

I feel like I should provide new sites with a forum if they want it, and then leave it up to people here to make their own decisions.

what makes you think shawn left us high and dry?
some of the sites require an insane amount of refs so
I hope your just jumping to conclusions... Im so glad
I decided to wait till they were proven legit before
starting working on any sites.

Last PM I got from his was only 2 days ago. I know everything seems really fishy right now because of the shipping problems. But it's too early to jump to conclusions.

Yeah I totally agree, add them, give them a chance. No one is forced to do the site, so no need for a guneia pig. Just do it if you want to, you know from common sense there's a chance of being scammed.
