Does anyone know if it is possible to use two cell phones on the same number, similar to the way you would have multiple phones on the same home-based line. I asked our local Cingular provider, but their main business is tractors, not cell phones, and they had no idea.

depending if your phone has a sim card or not (I'm assuming it does from your mention of Cingular)
if it doesn't then you can change your NAM settings. look at http//www.howardforums.com and the forums at http//www.wirelessadvisor.com
They should be able to help!!
