I did the Video Professor offer, got no credit and canceled it.

According to the person who took my call, I must get one CD in their hands by June 4th. So I have to send it out tommorow.

I was given a Return Authorization Number. My question is, how do I send it back.

Must I use padding to protect the CD?
What do I ship it in?
Who do I address the package to?
Where do I put the Return Authorization Number (I never heard of this before)?

I can't afford a $70 hit on my CC so I'd really appreciate your help.

I think you get a month to have it in their hands. but double check with them.

Just ship it in a bubble envolople, i get those free when i use usps priority mail

ship it to the place on that white piece of paper, it says their address on teh side of it.

Just ship that one cd (either disc 1, 2, or 3)

Put the RMA number on the bubble envolople, make sure its in multiple spots and in sharpie

Does anyone have the address? I can't seem to find one on the box or the wrapper.

Thanks Chewy, CoMpFrEaK for your help.

you mail it back to the address that's on the white slip in the package. i cut off one of the disc slots from the cardboard cd packaging and put it back in the clear envelope it came in w/ a bit of extra cardboard. make sure your return authorization # is visible on the outside of the package. i wrote it on a separate piece of paper and slid it into the clear envelope. only costs 83 cents max in postage this way.

I called in, the Video Professor employee was very kind, helped me out and told me I could send it to them by July 1st. Truely, Great customer service.

Nearly everyone who's done Video Professor has said good things about it. Unfortunately, I choose to do VP on tech4free and I never got credit (or at least, not yet)
