New Banned Feature

anyone else think it would be cool to add a feature so that when someone is banned, the mod or admin banning them can say why they were banned?....they dont have to type it but just select one from a drop down menu or something like that. like under their avatar it could say

scammer, spamming, abusive, posted ref link etc.

i just thought it would be cool to see why a person was banned without having to look for the reason or ask why....i think most people are curious when they see someone is banned but they dont know why....or maybe thats just me.

xbox360 is a good example.

Don't they already do that, like putting banned on the first post under their name?

The mods/admins are imformed why each person is banned, under their name there is a slight description.

I think it would be cool that if a person is banned, people that had active trades with them can have the choice of deleting their trade from the trade module...

Mine is cluttered with Bants. It almost seems like I am a magnet or a symtom. 6/10 people who traded with Pek were banned (not a real figure but it might be very close to that).

Please provide me with the names of the trade, also please request deleation on everyone one of them, i will address that later today. But please give me a list of people you want deleted.

gearlive has a thing like that, it's called jail..

Right now we have the ability to ban for a specific length of time (admins only though, not mods). And we have a user comment system visible/editable only to admins/mods that we use for ban reasons. Regular users don't really need to see what we have to say about banned people.
