Even if OC doesn't check, there's a chance the sponsor won't give you credit. They could see that two accounts are using the same CC# and only pay OC for one of them.

None of the companys are allowed to check credit card #s so if you wanna do the same offer again go for it. At your own risk but they dont check CC#S so dont worry about that.

Please go attempt that with Gratis and then please get back to us. As i said, some companies can track it, some cant. I will not elaborate into the methods in which they track it.
EDIT Anyways this qusetion has been answered mulitple times, though we may contridict each other it is up to the OP to make a decision. Locked.
