case by case

i know that accounts being taken off hold are on a case by case basis. but it's really annoying to see someone who had the exact same thing that happened to me get off hold when mine doesn't get taken off hold just because the other person has a better story.
just venting, has anyone else noticed this?

ive kinda noticed it but its not extremely apparent, i mean its just human nature to go for the better story

Well just put more effort into your "story" then. I was on hold for the desktop pc, and it took them 2 days to realize I wasn't trying to scam them, and un "hold" my acount.

my story was the honest to go truth though. and then i get put on hold and i see someone with the exact same thing get taken off hold.
