i thought i saw one time where instead of them taking out 3% for everytime you get money sent to your account, they would only take 1-1.5% out if you upgraded or something.. i forgot what it is though.. if someone knows please respond.

when you upgrade your account to business (so you can accept cc payments), they take more fees.

They take about 5% off my imcoming CC payments...payments through paypal are like .45 cents plus 1.9%..i think...anyone with an ebay account, verified credit card AND bank account (which you can remove later) can be a verified premier member. Additionally, by verifying a phone number, you can be a paypal business and make up a name for yourself....
