well considering that she wrote me a PM not regarding any of my posts, in an attempt to get me to sign up for freeipods, I would consider this spam for these reasons
Almost everyone here has signed up for freeipods.com
It is an unrequested and irrelevant PM

well chances are if this person (with 0 posts) Pmed me, just based on one post that he/she saw of mine which had nothing to do with that, s/he is probably spamming the boards. I can't prove that, but maybe a mod can check that.

No, it's just newbie who doesn't know how this stuff works. They just want to trade. Henceforth not a funny pm, maybe annoying.

no, obviously not, because she referenced one of my posts, but the actual content was unrequested. If you got 50 messages like this in your personal email box would you call it spam?
What if you accidentally put your email address up here asking for tips for getting referrals, etc., and then I wrote you an email saying I don't know anything about referrals, but I found your email address, and I thought you may be interested in some viagra, etc. Would that be spam?
