Just waited on hold for 55mins, finally got a tech guy to answer. This is some bullshit, they charged me 15.99, after less than a month... WTF?!
4/29 - 5/19 != 1 month or 30 days.... or 29 days as they like to call it.
According to the tech guy, the 29th to the 19th is 30 days! twisted

You can still cancel online I think. I did it sometime mid April too. Dunno where the link maybe but it should be still there somewhere on their site.

I just cancel mine last night on the 30th day. The guy wanted to charge me the $15. He claimed that it was only a 29 day trail. I told him he was wrong but that I was willing to pay part of the $15 for the one day "extra". He then said that I was really paying the the previous month and I would have to pay for the next 30 days too. So I explain how nobody does it like that. Every has you pay ahead. At this point I think he figured out that they could not cheat me so he gave me a credit for what I "owed" them.
He didn't close my account though. They send me a email as a receipt of the credit. I email that address, and those people closed my account.

I loved Stamps.com. I got $5 free postage, it didn't cost me a dime, and I got credit.

It's not like I did it on purpose. I was using a WebCert back then, and totally forgot to cancel within the 30 days. There's like $2 left in that WebCert now I think. They send me like 2 emails a day about it.

I had very little troubles in canceling as well. I live in Oregon, I was on hold for 11 mins and technically, they said the whole 29 days things but the guy was really nice to me and gave me the credit of 15.99 and canceled my account.

every offer is kinda like a gamble. You have offers like Video Professor and ultraslim which have amazing odds of getting greens offers like formulagc and privacy which have a decent chance of getting greens and you have the offers at the bottom of the shit pile such as Appera and all Urban nutrition offers...
edit dont you hate when you signup for a site and see that youve done all the good offers and have to take a risk on a sketchy one? I remember signing up for a gusto site and seeing all the offers ive already done before except for expensive credit cards and obvious scams like urban nutrition offers. So i had no choice to but to take a risk on the tealite offer
I never recieved my sample but i got my green he next day.... I still wish there were more offers to do and better more interesting offers than diet pills...
