Well topic says it all i guess. Many of us come here to trade refferals and complete the sites we've chosen to get our free stuff......of course between trading and starting new sites, many of us end up having to d a lot of offers that have VERY expensive consequences if not canceled.... [bd208897177]So im wondering how you guys keep track of what offers you are doing and how long you have to decide wheather to cancel or not[/bd208897177]
As for me I just use a word document to keep track of what offers I doing and when i started the offer. Recently I added the names of the sites im working on so my format is basically
www.site.com offer date/month
im curious as to what you guys do

Just to keep everythign in order, the most imporatant things are the e-mails, LINKs, notes, dates and status

you have to use a spreadsheet with columns for all the relative info, and only update when something in each column has actually changed so you can refer to it, and search through it and bring up a specific trade record.

For what it's worth, the database and site is backed up automatically. The webserver keeps copies of database images from the past 7 days, one a week for the past month, and then one a month since I started backing up.
A script compresses all of those files as well as the website's contents and securely transfers it to my linux box here at home every night, where 10 days worth are stored.
I take backups pretty seriously D

For my offers, i just flag the confirmation email in Outlook and add a reminder date.

I also use a spreadsheet. I have about 16 columns since I like to have EVERYTHING I could possibly need to know readily available. Without excel, things would be much more difficult.
