PodTopia? Anywhere?

Anyone seen Podtopia around? I read he was done with free sites but would be around once in awhile. I signed up for his site (DVRS), did Netflix, never got credited (signed up the second of last month or maybe it was the month before that?) until a few days ago. Since i didnt go green fast enough for him, (within 3 days he said) that he wouldnt pay me anymore. Didnt say anytime that this was the case. Offered to pay me $12 out of the $20 once i green and now i want my money.

Last I remember him saying that he wasnt going to pay you because it was a hell of a long time after then. Now a month a half later... He really doesnt have to pay you ..

Ahhhh, so if he doesnt tell you he wont pay you after how long, weither it be a month or more, than its ok

Yes, if it took you over a month i wouldnt pay you either.

Really after a month you aren't obligated to pay someone, especially because you finish these sites in a week or so.

I mean unless you keep in close contact and say okay, I am using your ref and will wait until you green .. you know ?

Not only does he catch monster trout, but he's also got brains. A deal is a deal and unless he didn't need the green anymore because he finished the site then he still owes the money. PERIOD...!

I agree with Stroid. Netflix does take a helluva long time to green.

All I was saying. If he still needed the ref and it helped him finish the site, yes you owe it for sure. But if you finished the site and a month later it greens, thats what I am saying you dont technically owe on.

I agree its 14days but the getting credit report can take well over 24hrs i had it take almost 2 weeks once for shuffles (gratis).

He offered to pay me, then didnt, then will, now doesnt..
