Update to the site search engine?

For some reason the site engine can't search topic titles only. Is there a way to fix this or is it too integrated into the site code to change?

I'm sure it can be coded to search topics only but that would be one hell of a PHP job. Unless someone has done it already.. I'll search around unless Admin can do it

well, phpbb is pretty modable I believe, there may already be a better search engine written somewhere.

Sort by Topic Title should make it easier to get what you're looking for.
