ive had my iPod only 2 days and already the screen is discoloured.....its got a rainbow effect on it, but you cant see it if you have the backlight on....i read about it on ipodlounge.com but they didnt say anything about whether it can be stopped, prevented, helped or if you can do anything to it to get rid of it.......id appreciate anyones input on what i can/should do about this.

Mine has this too, only visable when you hold it at an angle. My friends 2 iPods have this aswell (as do both of mine). I think it's normal.

same here, with my photo ipod, if you look from an angle or a side you can see it

my old ipod had that, i believe it has to do with magnetics coming from the headphone plug. if you remove the headphone plug at the end of use i believe it'll go away.
