Are these guys legit?
Also, are there any LEGIT sites that let you complete all the offers yourself?
Thanks.

I think they are legit, but it is 100X harder to get your stuff from them then like a company like Gratis or OC.

I had very little trouble getting the 40g PhotoiPod. The thing that I liked was that there was no need for referrals. I have read bad things about them, but I knew that I had to keep on top of things and I sent a strongly worded letter in with my voucher after fulfilling all 6 offers. Also, the offers change periodically and I got lucky in that my page 3 offers (the hard ones where there are only 5 or so choices and all involve laying out some money) were Vonage and a Discover card. I had wanted to try Vonage (which sucks) so it worked out for me.

consumer incentive promotions is legitimate. i'm posting from the sony vaio i received from them after completing 6 offers. i found a phone number on a website awhile back i'll try to find. one of my offers was taking a little too long to complete, so i wrote and email and left a voice message. the next day it went through as completed (not sure which helped).
the whole experience was actually pretty straightforward for me. i completed the 6 offers. i waited about a week or two for all of them to show up as complete (credit cards take a little while). i printed and sent in a voucher. after waiting awhile, i again left a voicemail and sent an email asking them when it will ship. the next day i got a tracking number in the email.
i completed my offers in december and received the laptop in early march.
i suppose they could just fullfill a small percentage of people who complete the offers to have people like me rambling about how it is legit, though.
