they deleted all my support tickets.. WITHOUT (i might add) giving me offer credit.. which I have been waiting for (i might add) over one month!

And (i might add) i'm in the middle of a trade trying to get (i might add) $15... and then (i might add) I paid $7 for the stupid offer...

They said that they deleted them because most were irrelevant now that a lot of credits have gone through and they have cleared up their shipping dates and started verifying again.

Send a new one, they have full time staff now.

they deleted all the old ones since they had so many and didnt know which ones were still relevant they asked that you resubmit one if you are still having an issue

Well, I did a support ticket at 1000 last night and it was answered 945 this morning. I sent them another one today so we will see what happens.

They EVEN deleted mine that reminded GC of my modified order. The least they could have done was be liek "sure, we got it".

well, he mentioned moving into his new office, lol. i guess that could be interpreted a few ways. but they are answering support tickets now which is a good sign that he has help somewhere.
