It has to be NEW or used (but brand new conditions)
My friend want's to buy it and he gave me money to buy it for him (so I can do Paypal)

If he doesn't have time for ebay (just find one ending today or tommorow, can't be hard,) i think he'll probably have to go to the Apple store or another retailer. Buying from someone on the forums wouldn't be faster than ebay.
