86 bids at $7.00 a bid = $602.00 for them for a $300 item.
+ the bid is less than $19.25 so someone is getting a 20GB ipod for under $26.25.... they just have to be lucky enough to submit a unique bid.
Actually now that I look at this, it's like a lottery... I wonder if it falls under those legal rules?!?!

Well, from what I read, it's bordering on an illegal lottery because you are buying a chance of winning a product. By using the unique bid option, it is completely by chance if you actually have the winning bid. So this means that they would have to comply with the laws governing lotteries... which I'm sure they aren't.

I heard this type of lottery is quite popular in the UK. Certainly very different than a normal auction that we are used to seeing.
