No credit for a completed offer disscussion.

Disscuss it here. I completed Infone, and Feel Sentrity but I have not recieved credit. I emailed them and they said they were looking into it. Has this happened with any one of you? If so what did you do?

Edit~ Yay! I just got an offer completed by doing the house offer, i dunno its the real estate one, its new. Its a trial, u just cancel before 7 days and u wont be charrged.
