Nope. When they didn't credit have to fax Gratis my CC statement.
If you haven't cancelled yet you could probably ask them to send you one?

when i completed the appera offer i had no problems at all.....i recieved an e-mail upon signup, i recieved their product.
so no problems here. maybe its just hit and miss?

My previous email wasn't clear, sorry. They didn't send me a confirmation email, so I had to fax in the invoice that came with the samples and my cc stament to Gratis. I had faxed it in the morning and had credit at 5 or 6 pm that day.
