ratetheoffers usually doesn't specificy what goes fast for which site usually.
for OC blockbuster and tickle iq are usually good bets
I can tell you what not to do, because I've done 3 offers for PSPs4free in the last week and have received credit for none of them
Don't do RealRhapsody or Easy Cream.
Video prof is usually a good one, but it didn't work for me =( no confirmation email either.

tickle iq test definitely credits within the next day. I had a ref do it and got credit on the next day

You're right, spoke too soon on Easy Cream, just got credit for it this morning, finally approving on psps4free.
