has anyone tried contacting them lately? i emailed the admin to request a custom order that they offer but i havent got a response.. its been a few days.. but its a direct email, not some online support question system.

to request a custom order you go to the support forums on her site and then go to the Custom Orders forum.

That's what I've been wondering. It seems people have been clamoring for refs on this one without really checking.

Ya, the whole custom order thing seems sweet, but I don't know if it's totally feasible.
