I think he should be given another chance... while I am partial because he is a friend of mine, I think he brings alot of fun to this board. Hes a good kid who made a stupid mistake. Im sure he'd be willing to apologize for it. I didnt see the post.. but apparently he released some AIM screenames of board members.. while I can see how this would anger some, I personally dont believe that is too tremendous of a violation. I hope hes given another chance.. sure.. most of his posts are useless, but I believe hes just trying to lighten the mood here a bit. I think we could use CC40 here.. I for one would sure miss his presence on the board.

if he broke the rules then he broke the rules.....shouldnt that be final? do you consider unbanning other people who break the rules just cos they ask you to or cos you might feel sorry for them? i know im sounding harsh but i dont think it should be one thing for one person, and another thing for someone else......if he didnt break the rules, and you banned him cos youve had enough of him then thats your choice to unban him or not.
i personally didnt mind him, i only minded all the constant topics he would create. i dont care if they are useless or not cos thats what the board (off topic) is for. ive made a shitload of pointless topics myself.

lol, eventful night while I was at work. CC40 may have been a post-whore, but so am I so I won't judge him on that. we didn't always get along but I think what he did was good intentioned and shouldn't be punished this severely.
its true that many people have been banned for lesser things but they also haven't put as much time into this site and trade record on this site as CC40 had. not saying he was a strong asset to this community, but he deserves better than this.
it's up to the mods to decide though and shouldn't be a public vote.

Nah, he should not be banned. It was his mistake for posting admis AIM, but some people don't even care about the AIM's.
The guy has a good trader record, he is an ass but good trader.
He should be banned for like 1 or 2 weeks, he will understand that he cannot do things like that.

And yes, me or another admin could ban me, but since I have direct access to the database I can just remove it and de-admin the one that did it. But none of that matters, because I only give powers like admin or mod to people I trust completely...
